Daily Whale and Dolphin Report:
Here are the species we watched closely today:
2 Humpback Whales (a mother and her calf)
1-NOTES:
Good conditions on the Channel today. The two humpback whales were friendly and the calf did a bit of rolling around in the drifting kelp paddies to the delight of all on board the Condor Express.
2-NOTES:
Please send your thoughts and prayers out to Condor Express founder and owner, Fred Benko. Fred is going through a rough patch with his general health right now. Just keep a fond thought. More later.

In addition to the expert crew on the Condor Express with over 35 years of experience, Channel Islands Naturalist Corps volunteer naturalists, representatives from the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary and National Park, are usually on board and available to answer your questions during the trip.
Best fishes, have a WHALE of a day and OCEANS of fun!
