A bit bumpy today as a wind storm is coming this week.  We headed for the "hot spot" on the feeding grounds but did not make it.  It wasn't the sea conditions that stopped us, but it was 6 extremely friendly Humpback Whales.  The whales "mugged" the Condor Express to the delight of our guests for over an hour.  The whales spent the entire hour up close to the boat, spouting, rolling around, slapping their pectoral fins, lobbing tails and even breaching a couple of times.  It was one of those rare magical moment of inter species communication.  No one was disappointed that we did not get to keep on our original path.  Whew!
